Like a lot of young artists, Big Jesus has a comparison curse. Before they've gotten a chance to make a name for themselves, people have compared them to so many other "soundalikes" that it's a challenge to think outside of them. We're gonna start fresh and just call them Rock: hard hitting, melodic, gorgeous, LOUD rock. I was in a band of the same name up until 2010. Very different sound and based in Las Vegas. I dig this though so keep it up.

After they replaced the drummer they kinda lost the vibe, and have not been heard from in years.
I used to love these guys, they had great momentum, but they kept wrecking the hook.
I know how hard it is to quit, but sometimes, lol, you need to do it.
Remember "Darkest Hour"? lol. Had a great following, record company killed them, lol.
I actually know mike from darkest hour (one of the guitarists). He used to teach at a music school I partook in, he had to quit because darkest hour was gaining more and more attention. And I totally agree. with the drummer thing.
