This is bs. It benefits scammy sweatshop employers more than the workers.
I have a proposal to avoid PAGA or ANY LABOR CLAIMS: How about, FOLLOW THE LAW, DONT PUT PROFIT OVER PPL, AND STOP STEALING WAGES.
PAGA pisses off business because when lawyers get involved, the bully employer doesn't mess with someone their own size, but someone MUCH tougher. They then, get to know what it feels like to be taken advantage of.
