It is indeed heartwarming seeing how this two airlines merged as one…..with the spirit of care for one another…. Kudos to the elder sibling for caring and helping to nurture the younger one.
And this is why I love Singapore Airlines. I am a long time first class flyer on SQ and just want to say you are a class on your own. I am anxious to get flying again and I am sure many many flyers are in the same state of mind. We are coming back SQ!!!!
Singapore Airlines has been the benchmark for decades now and has defined and redefined the meaning of "service onboard". A good selection of wines or gourmet dining experiences are worth nothing if the crew serving you is bad!. Some say negatively the FAs behave like robots. For me the service attitude of the FAs have been - simply said: excellent perfection which should always be.I am lucky enough to fly them in all classes which I cherrish. And experience the FAs always been friendly, professional and have genuine hospitality. I do wish some FAs from other airlines know what it means to serve like a SQ Girl or Lad. SQ service is a virtue most airlines will never reach or level up to.

Good they merged together! The service differences and attitudes of cabin crew were so different! SilkAir had awful cabin crew! Esp Zara & Rifiq who worked the flight from Chiang Mai to Singapore in Jan/15/2019! Rude & needed an attitude check! SQ on the other had amazing cabin crew and ground crew from SIN-DPS that same day!

Biggest liar...was assured by 2 different chat agents during 2 different chat sessions that the flight i am taking is eligible for miles accrual but after following up with numerous email, SQ has decided not to credit the miles. No explanation given and couldn't tell why have I been lied to
