Parting it out equals = dealing with multiple (sometimes not reliable) buyers. Selling as a whole unit equals= one and done, plus you get about the same as parting it out. Just my 2cents. Have a nice day.
@@garagestory that is the truth about mowers oh by the way I have a John Deere lt 133 38 inch cut with a Kohler single cylinder over Head valve engine the carb that was on it was not the right one do I had to get it replaced at a cost of $213 plus the muffler broke in 2 places got a New one it did The same thing so now the mower is sitting still till I can get the muffler fixed hopefully you have not had the same issue as me
You really know a lot about these mowers! Great tips throughout. You should definitely part it out: get that dough, man ;)

Thank you!
Next time just try loosening the pulley it will give you just enough clearance 👍🏽
That might work, but once you’ve gone that far it’s not much more work to take it off.
Nothing else run.s like a Deere when well maintained
I’m not sure I would go that far…
But really the same could be said for most brands.

Those John Deere engineers really kept maintenance in mind when designing this machine. Yea right!

Did you clean the magnet inside the trans?
%99 sure I did, just didn’t make it into the video.
I think he mentioned it very briefly and showed pulling it out
5W 50 for the trans?
Hi
I would say sell it if it doesn’t give any issues
I’m David I’m have l130 John Deere it not starting
What is it doing?
If you think that's fun, wait until you have to remove the gas tank on a john deere!
I’ve taken them out before when parting out a mower, but never put one back in- I’m sure it’s fun!
