This just popped onto my cell screen. And now I know what I’m gonna make for dinner tonight!! Think I’ll make a small green salad and some steamed Brussel Sprouts.. 😊
Ugh. I love eating, but I can't deal with raw meat. I think I've only made chicken once in my life. After dealing with that (esp that fat) I could not eat the finished meal.

❤ Wunderbar, Chef Frankie Celenza, that recipe is scrumptious! Thanx for the demonstration! ❤
I always learn so much from your video.I didn't catch for how long and the temp.thank you again 😊
I just watched one of your shows!! You come up with the greatest ideas!!
This is an excellent video. I always use scissors to remove spine too because chicken is slippery.
Thanks Frankie!
You make me want to cook more, thanks for what you do!!
Geez, Louise; this look delicious!
Yum
I will try making this
That must have been a pricey chicken!! But I love this technique. Dinner is served!
Surprised he didn't do the trick of putting a lemon slice between the skin and the breasts, like he did in the og video from years ago.
That's funny
You need to add oven temp and how long yours took in the description, because you forgot in the vid.
I usually do it for abotu 45 minutes @375
@@jenniferwang3489thanks!!!
No need to season the inside? I get the lemon and herbs underneath but why not salt and pepper the underside as well?
I think the steam filled with the aromas of the herbs infuse it? Not entirely sure
Did he give an oven temperature?
I'm pretty sure that's illegal down here in Alabama
