@@chachaman4980 I don’t know the name of the machine. I big fabrication shop (Cleburne sheet metal) do the seam caps for me. I asked the guy where I can find that machine but he never told me exactly
Hola amigo! yes, this is a system here, the panels are held in place with clips and the seam cap is hooked on with the clips but I put some rivets on it so that a strong wind does not remove it 😎
Very difficult to do those bends without oil canning, especially in 24 gauge. Good to see the pride and dedication. Thank you for trying to introduce mechanical seam panels, in a market where snap lock has robbed many homeowners of their true metal roofing longevity life
@@jesusborrego3270 What is oil canning for? Ben used a roller bender, which is equipped with bearings. From my experience, I can advise heating the metal with a hair dryer if it is difficult to process. And in my opinion, Ben's technique of moving the bender on the metal is a little incorrect. It seems like he is fighting with it a little. But, nevertheless, the result of the work is excellent.
Nice work!

Thank you! This info helps immensely.
Good luck and thank you for sharing!
Hi! What is shown from 11:20 to 12:40? Is this a connection system? Are the panels connected with a strip like this? How does it hold?
Hola amigo!
yes, this is a system here, the panels are held in place with clips and the seam cap is hooked on with the clips but I put some rivets on it so that a strong wind does not remove it 😎
@@ben_alvrz The seam cap have one side hook, or double?
Double. One machine folded and the other makes the curve.
