Try using your left foot first (if it is your week foot) so then you can use your right one (strong leg) second. This should work because your good leg will have more speed to get it onto the wall.
so lucky you have places like this im 15 and i live in ballarat and with have 1 gym but u has to be 18... but i have taught myself how to do my flips for example i can do an double back flip off an wall
The place is called the "Tempest Freerunning Academy" They have a youtube Channel, just search TempestFreerunningAcademy, it's in Calafornia, and It's used to train Parkour and Freerunning. Hope this helped! XD
