I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2021, I was young by that time, I was only 22 years of age. It all started at school when I was studying to be a pilot, I started hearing a male's voice telling me things that were not real but I was believing them. I was having delusions and hallucinations, I was isolating myself from everyone, I was feeling things all over my body and thats when they took me to hospital and I stayed there for 2 months.
Trust me it's not nice when the doctors tell you that you are going to live with a chronic illness and taking medication for the rest of your life. I lost my career, but I'm thankful for my family who continue to love me the way that I am, and they supported me. She's right, the stigma that comes with mental illness, people think you are like the ones who live on the streets.
This video really helps me a lot because I can now see that I'm not the only one living with a mental illness. Thank you so much Mpoomy for this video, it really helps. And for those that are living with a mental illness, it is possible to live a normal life as long as you take your medicine ❤

I too had bipolar and one day I was really fed-up with it and began researching what causes it and all.
I found-out that bipolar is caused by a serious deficiency of certain minerals and amino acids in the body & brain.
However, it is mostly stimulated by painful LIFE EVENTS that may even triger it with you not knowing.
It doesn't matter if the life events happened around you when you were still a child and couldn't process them.
And so I had all the symptoms: insomnia, migranes, tiredness, depression, mood-swings, pressure to speak... boy! it was exhausting!
Now, what did I find out and what helped:
After literally making myself a human guinea-pig for having tried so many things that didn't work,
the first time I really got releaf from the symptoms was when I began supplimenting with Magnesium Glycinate and B-complex vitamins.
I began to sleep better BUT something occured to me.
I realized that all these symptoms are caused by mainly ONE THING: INSOMIA !!
constant insomia causes headaches, moodswings, irritability and tiredness.... which is almost ALL the major symptoms of bipolar.
Since realizing that its a serious nutrient deficiency, I've taken not only Magnesium Gycinate but I'm also taking certain super-foods & super-seeds almost everyday.
Bipolar is now a thing of the past.
Oh, may I also add that the environment is also important.
I'm now living in a place where I'm closer to nature.
All the time I had bipolar I kept praying to God to heal me BUT I never imagined that He was basically saying "I won't miraculously heal you but I'll give you the wisdom to know how to heal yourself organically"
That's the story of my life with bipolar.
Now I used to take suppliments like
Glycinate and B-complex vitamins BUT I still hated pills and tablets AND even though these made me feel absolutely amazing: my mood was the epitome of normal, my insomia was gone and I could now work to the point that I have to remind myself to stop (as a self-employed person) and I researched what organic food can I consume and this is what I found out and this is the list of stuff I consume.
    SEEDS:
-Sunflower seeds (loaded with depression-busting minerals)
-Pumpkin-seeds (loaded with sufficient magnesium - major deficiency in bipolar)
-Moringa ( helps with energy and stamina - no more tiredness)
-Avocado leaf tea and papaya leaf tea ( a power pack filled with minerals and vitamins for a healthy body - a serious replacement for multivitamin pills)
May I add that papaya leaf tea also cures cancer by causing them to die without affecting other cells.
Now all these are natural and you must take them for a whole year to replenish your body so that the minerals that cause bipolar are replenished and no longer are a deficiency.
And after that you'll feel amazing an people will see it.
The difference with this method and the normal treatment from the doctors, is that the medication TREATS the symptoms, but the method I've just described REPLENISHES your body and mind with the critical minerals and amino acids so that they're no longer low but abundant... and after a year, you should be cured....yes I said cured.
Remember what I said: bipolar is caused by a SERIOUS mineral deficiency that go untreated for a long time and that means extremely low levels of minerals and amino acids AND this method makes sure that you get the necessary levels high-enough to then live a normal life like everyone out there.
    There's hope - I love you all.
The list I gave you must go hand-in-hand with a switch to conscious healthy-living, that means intentionally eating healthy foods and being an active person.
    Blessings.

This is truly so beautiful and insightful, both interviewer and interviewee. What Mpoomy said "being too woke, seeing things for what they are" truly not mearnt for the normal and imperfect human brain.

I only wish for something like this Mpoomy can just put the whole episode in this platform to help everyone since this is one of the struggles we are facing as a societyBut it should not happen bcos one is suggesting, but it should be out of generosity.
