- Good Afternoon & Welcome to fordmustang98guy Everyone, Today's In Depth Review I will be showing you an Excellent Condition 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe. This Grand Prix is a Rare find because it is a Coupe but it is also Supercharged its got the same engine as my 2002 Buick Regal but this one has the 3800 Series II Supercharged V6 which produces 240 Horsepower & 280 Ft/Lb Torque. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of the car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, & featuring a startup as well. A thorough tour/review of the car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle. The Coupe Grand Prix’s are extremely rare & hard to find & trust me a lot of these Grand Prix’s are not in great shape but this 99 you see in the video is low mileage & the body on this one is excellent shape 👍

This one is rare because it is a coupe & it is Supercharged it has the 3.8 L 3800 SERIES II Supercharged V6
I bought it
My dad had a green 99, the engine blew up, had to put a new engine in it. It started falling apart. My dad doesn't have that car anymore, he got rid of it a long time ago.
My aunt had a white 2001, I believe she sold it.
My uncle had a silver 2002 2 door, he traded it in for a truck.

@@ptproductions3582 the guy who owns that 99 GRAND PRIX GTP Coupe has owned it since 2019 (2 years) believe it or not he bought it from the 2nd owner & the 2nd owner has owned it since 2001 but the car is a 1999.

For how good of condition the car looks be sides the paint peeling it had to be parked in side and washed offen the car could most likely go a nother 100 thousand miles or more
This Grand Prix only had 2 Previous Owners the guy that owns it currently has owned it since 2019 but the previous owner before the current owner bought this car in 2001 it was only 2 years old at that time the car is a 99. Original Owner leased it from 1999 to 2001.
I thought grand prix trannies where junk especially with a supercharger?
@@ert-wert Well the guy who owns that Grand Prix told me that he has had no problems with the transmission this one only has 154,000km
I love the car I just swaped the hood for a Daytona hood, and more to come in the spring ,,,
I bought this car ,it's a good clean car ,except the inner rocker panels rusted thru one side air con don't work blend door actuator needs replaced didn't see the rust holes till I done the tie rods ,you can't see them from a drive in hoist was bit pissed off at that but I will repair it

@@thatcarguy6 it’s the ignition lock cylinder that is what the issue is on my 2002 Buick Regal ignition is the same design but mine is easy to turn, this Grand Prix is a 99 it’s an older car so what can you expect right.
