Hello Ma'am, thankyou for this long awaited recipe. I just have a doubt. Can we add the thick coconut milk and subject it to heat for a long time. As you know, usually in any recipewe just add the thick coconut milk and switch off the heat immediately. My mother use to say that heating of thick coconut milk will lead to increase in 'piththam' in our body. Is that so? In that case can we add the thin milk. Otherwise will it taste good if we garnish with grated coconut?
No not at all... While the milk is getting heated I added the grinded powder. As every home my kids also against the healthy one they look for the colour... But this I did as per her instructions and gave they enjoyed a lot... Thanks mam
