- SCP 1730 is a containment class neutralized anomaly also known as Site-13.
SCP-1730 is a large complex of structures 15km northwest of the US/Mexico border within Big Bend Ranch State Park that was discovered on June 5th, ████. Due to the isolated nature of the complex, and the low survival rate of individuals who come in contact with it, it is possible that SCP-1730 had been previously discovered but unreported.

@@nyther so truee. One of my favorite things about SCPs is the good ones make me keep thinking afterwards. My brain tries to find the pattern in the anomoly or try to make sense of it in a way thats perfect for my self. But i dont wanna get spoon fed. I wanna feel the curiosity the researchers feel
This actually fleshes out the SCP universe more than your average SCP which is refreshing. Creating an anomalous event that brings other SCPs on board to create a meta SCP makes a lot of sense conceptually, especially when this is a rather unique kind of containment breach. From a storytelling perspective this is one of my favorite SCPs.

This is a very different approach from when I read the SCP a few years ago. It lacks the dark and oppressive atmosphere that the scp has. Especially with the music. Despite that though, I like the infographic style of animation. It clearly illustrates the events of the story, which is desperately needed when trying to piece together something as messy as Site-13. You just gained a subscriber.

This differs immensely from the original file, especially with leaving out most of the other MTF teams that entered SCP-1730 and several other documented entities.
Kinda left out a MAJOR detail at the end there. The multi-armed creature had a human strapped to its disc-head, and the word EMERSON was written ontop of the bind holding him down. The writer of 1730 himself confirmed that this being wasn't Emerson himself, it was a being known as the "god of hands" and that it was punishing Emerson after it escaped.

To clarify, I never said Bobble wasn't dangerous, I'm just pointing out that everything is relative. It's hard for me to believe an SCP is "one of the most dangerous" if it doesn't have the potential to cause a *K-Class scenario.
its kind of like the ever floating missile. Its just a regular ballistic missile for ever hovering above land and it doesnt sound that bad or dangerous, but the consequences of it just getting a little higher could be disastrous. So even if and scp looks harmless, it could have devastating effects if it releases to the public.
But yes, bobble is nothing compared to a regenerating super lizard or a giant creature that just by moving could destroy nearby cities.

The incinerator was a pretty good idea, actually. It was shown to effectively kill SCP’s. This would have been a brilliant way for the Global Acult Coalition to team up with SCP in case they needed to properly terminate SCP’s. If you saw the other video, you know that it was a doctor who caused the problem.
