This video and the leaflet that came with the nappy suggest that the pad doesn't tuck under the flaps at either end of the wrap. Is that correct?

Please review your washing detergent guidelines. Bio detergent is necessary as the enzymes “eat” the poo. The concern for using it came from NHS guidelines for just baby clothes and was shown to be unfounded anyway. See Clean Cloth Nappies group for scientifically based guidelines.
