Hedgehogs can’t exactly hold when they gotta take a call of duty, when duty calls they go.
I had a hedgehog once and yeah just about every time I bathed him, he’s poop on the towel. ( I gave him a bath in the sink, i usually drained the water when he pooped and start over with fresh water so he could drink before I got the shampoo on him. I miss my little SEGA...)

Fun fact, hedgehogs usually have hidden places to poop so predators don’t find where the hedgehog is, so when they poop around people, it means they trust you enough to not be too scared to require a different place to poop, also it’s a good sign meaning he’s not constipated, as you said before

Hedgehogs tend to have green poop when they have an infection or are undergoing stress. Green and not very slimy poop is a sign that your lovely pet is stressed. However, this should not stop you from taking your hedgehog to a vet. A vet will provide the proper diagnosis and medication.
As mentioned earlier, another cause of green poop in hedgehogs is Clostridium, a bacterial infection. Apart from the green stool, Clostridium also causes:
Diarrhea
Fever
Dehydration
Loss of appetite
There are five strains of Clostridium, and getting your guinea pig to a vet will ensure they identify the right strain ailing your hedgehog. Some of the strains are zoonotic, meaning they can pass from one animal to the other. Isolating the strain that is making your hedgehog sick will ensure they do not pass the same to other pets you have.
If you do realize your pet has green poop, then seek immediate medical attention. If left untreated and it is indeed a bacterial infection, then it could be fatal.

Your hedgehog is so calm when you bathe him. Mine was like a cat, constantly running away from water😂😂 and these guys CAN RUN
Ehhh also you should probably blow dry him with a hair dryer. They need to stay dry so they won’t get sick especially when you’re bathing him with cold water. I usually bathe my hedgehog in the shower with warm water. The hair dryer should be on low heat, it’ll keep them warm and cozy. Blow dry their quills, or they’ll get dirty pretty easily 😂

Heard some random grunting in my garden last night. Went outside and it was two hedgehogs having a face off with each other. I never knew hedgehogs made such noises until then. They're bad tempered little buggers when they want to be.

It's the noises though. I never knew they hiss as well when being defensive. When you hear them at night in the dark they sound like angry little monsters. You'd never guess they were such timid creatures.

My boyfriend feeds his hedgehogs with cat food (very important : without wheats!!), Silkworms, Mealworms, Cricket, Grasshopper, and Golliath Worm as a treat.
Also dog food is nasty for them and can cause obesity due to the amount of fat in it. It's very dangerous for them.

I remember in the 90s they had some show that was doing a smellevision episode. They put scratch and sniff cards in the tv guide or something like that and when you watched the episode during certain scenes you would scratch the card and smell it. I only remember that happening once so it must have not been the experience people were hoping for plus it would be expensive to do that often.
