@@DCodeMania Thank you for your response! It's just I can't find way to do with a form that collects, for example, images of a product from someone with other form fields giving more information. The form looks somehow like this:

Your name: (1)
Your phone number:(2)
Description of the product:(3)
Product images: (4)
-----------------------------------------
How do we insert the data into mysql database because (1),(2) and (3), each takes one row, but (4) takes more than one row?
