    Radial nerve
1 radial nerve divides infront of lateral epicondyle and divides into two branches superficial and deep , deep called PIN
2 in axilla - it supplies triceps
In spiral groove - it supplies triceps
Above lateral condyle - it supplies ECRL
    PIN supplies all rest extensors
    3 crutch palsy -
Flexed elbow , wrist drop, finger drop, sensory loss
4 Saturday night palsy - in spiral groove -
    Weakness in elbow extension
Wrist drop , finger drop , sensory loss
5 lateral epicondylar fracture - ECRL spared , no wrist drop

6 injury to PIN - in radial head fracture
No wrist drop ,finger drop , superficial branch is spared so no sensory loss
