This is absolutely one of my most beloved movies! My sister and I have decided that we will all also die on the same day, but today is not that day.
❤❤❤❤
As someone who lives in a 1920s house that is filled with vintage appliances and furniture, I love your home and loved the sentiments expressed in the opening statement for this video.
practical magic is my favourite film of all time! i watch it at least once a month 🥹 they remind me of me and my younger sister
I LOVE your channel❣️❣️❣️ It makes me feel at home and cozy, like my late mother's house did. 🥰
Your living room couldn't be cosier when the fire is on! I love it! Happy autumn! 🧡💛🤎
Your living room looks happy and cosy.🍁🍂
I LOVE your home!! You have truly made it into a magical place. How gifted you are in creating that wonderful retro ,cozy, and totally charming ambience. Thank you for sharing.
Your home is captivating.
One of the few instances where the film is way better than the book. I’ve never been so disappointed in a book in my life!
Omg yes! I read the book bc I loved the movie so much and it was TERRIBLE! The first book in the series (magic lessons- about Maria Owen’s) was really good though!
Oh I really hope you celebrate Christmas I really want to see you vintage decorations.
Would like to see that as well stacyfell7666😊
What a beautiful, cosy home. I share your love of vintage interiors. 🍁
Haa, so lovely and cosy❤
If you haven’t seen it I recommend the movie Bell, Book and Candle starring Jimmy Stewart. A Halloween oldie but goody.
One of my favorite movies. I have it on DVD, I know, but I watch every October and December
I own it, and love it!
I’ve got it too and love it❤
I love this. So cozy. ❤️
I love the decor and the midnight margaritas 🍹❤

It is a fantastic film as you say, the house was beautiful ♥️
Betty is so cute. She’s very petite .
Great video🌟
I loved it & watched it twice☺️
Thanks for sharing your home and autumn ideas💫✨💫
I dunno why, but I found myself wishing for "vintage cat content" from yourself and Betty... whatever that is!😂😂 I'd be curious to see your take on it 😅.
Thanks for cheering me up - I am on a three week long business trip and watching your videos makes this tiny hotel room feel a bit more homely. ❤
Your book nook has a miniature Betty in it-- how fabulous!
Happy fall to you!
Love your energy 😂 your home is beautiful and the decorations are vintage and timeless ❤, love it, thank you for sharing this video 😊 happy Halloween 🎃 💃💃
Girl, you’re obsessed with Practical Magic…and I’m here for it. Love that movie and love this channel. 🧙♀️🎃 🐈⬛🖤🤍💚
I love those paper pumpkins. I'm going to look for some for myself. I love the Practical Magic vibe, I'm from the island they filmed the town scenes at. So, I'm a bit biased but it is such a great sisters film.
Love your videos!! Your kitchen and pantry are absolutely adorable!! 🥰
One of the best movies ever!! love love love that house with the green house attached to the kitchen....l love the hats the aunts wore the clothes everything even the story...my favorite movie, did you know that Barbara Streisand actually called the studio and wanted to BUY that house? !!! they told her they built it on that island and then demolished it....
That is so sad. So many people would have loved that house. Its beyond stunning.
It actually wasn’t even a real house! It was a shell built specifically for the movie! I was so sad when I learned that
Oh my gosh! This is 1 of my favorite movies, but I can't ever find anything on here that does anything DIY of or about 🍁🍂Practical 🎃Magic 🍂🍁 Thank you so much I love this! P.S. If you haven't read the book you might also enjoy it by Alice Hoffman
On my UA-cam channel I actually have a miniature kitchen in witches theme dollhouse I did that looks somewhat like the kitchen in practical magic and in it there is a 1940s stove kind of like yours. I love how homey this is and not as scary, but more like inviting and comforting.
I suggest reading or listening to the practical magic book series!
Hello and Happy Autumn! Lovely cozy room. My Athena woke with a start when Betty's treat jar started meowing. She watched the rest of the video with me. If you don't mind my curiosity, what is the book at the end?
🩷 Loved 🎃 this 🩷 🎃
How adorable. I had never actually seen Practical Magic (some which I am, lol) until one of my favorite witchy creators made a video about the real magical elements shown in the movie. You might actually really enjoy the video. Her channel is Hearthwitch and she practices traditional British folk magic. Betty is too freaking cute ❤.
Practical Magic is practically perfect!
Practical magic= our roman empire...
so you know there are lamps & bulbs that mimic natural sun light for us folk with SAD
I’ve never seen that film. I’m going to have to look it up now
I remember when I was a little girl,Halloween was not a thing in the Uk. Bonfire night (guy Fawkes night) with penny for the guy bonfires and fireworks where more looked forward to. I remember going penny for Halloween to people’s houses( as my relatives where from Canada and told me about their Halloween ) everyone said come back on bonfire night ! As the years went on we carved lanterns out of suede’s I can tell you that was hard work unlike using pumpkins ! I’m not saying we didn’t have Halloween but like I say I really can’t remember it been as popular. Correct me if I’m wrong as I’m 57 and my memory seems to be fading fast 😂
Ps love your house xx
No, I think you are largely correct. I live in the North of England and I think Hallowe’en was a bit more of a thing up here, even then - as you say, we always had lanterns but made out of swede rather than pumpkin (and real candles lit in them - gasp!), and we maybe had apple bobbing and toffee apples (or toffee dabs if we had no apples), and jacket potatoes for supper…but no trick-or treating or any such thing, and definitely no dressing up in costumes designed to scare the bejabers out of you!
Magic might? be real? 😎
Fun!
I always used to decorate the house for my son's every year we have 28 years worth of decorations as we kept losing them and they were only used once or twice so we save them and don't throw them away by something small each year or one thing that's to add the collection. I prefer Halloween to Christmas to be honest but our Christmas is themed we do not have a normal Christmas and we all take turns in choosing a project but it's my turn this year and I'm not sure?
I was hoping to see Humphrey the Butler make an appearance. Your collab IGs are charming.
First, you're like 'it's about sisterhood, womanhood, and home'
Next your saying your not witches...what do you think we're about? 😂😂
I luv everything! except the kibble as it leads to health problems and vet bills :(
candy apple?
Yes there is such a thing, one apple will ruin your teeth forever
They are called toffee apples in the UK. I was wondering why she uses the American name.
