The way Stevie plays this is indeed dirty!
Barn Looks Amazing
So much intensity in this song, the Tokyo performance, Montreux performance...waowww one of my fav., also lyrics mean so much to me. Thank you TXBA Anthony, BleSs
Such an easy song....Sounds so good..A must for all players....
Nice lesson. I love the movement of the chord voicings, simple but effective. It's a good way to spice up a boring rhythm part.
Hi Anthony, I asked ChatGPT "Give me a list of the Best Lessons in Blues Lead 🎸" Well, here I am. You're in the TOP 3 and got a new subscriber 🤘
Great as always!
Thank you! Live this! Good theory lesson!
So helpful, keep em comin bro
Super great lesson, as always!
Hey algorithm over here! this guys got it!
Anthony, nice theory breakdown of major and minor triads. Looked up SRV "Live in Montreax 1982". Interesting, that Stevie also used the lower Dm triad (F A D F) on the 1st fret of the top 4 strings. Thanks for reminding me about this great minor blues song by Stevie Ray Vaughan. Rock On! Blues On!~Michael
Thanks Anthony !!
sounds good 👏 👏
Good stuff!
Awesome
Yeah!
"go start a podacast about it , i dont really care " i´m dead :D
Excellent lesson as always. Have you looked into the live version from the Carnegie Hall album? I have the tab book to that record, and Stevie does some interesting stuff in that version of Dirty Pool. I think that specific version would be ideal to look into if you ever make another lesson on Dirty Pool. He has a bit of a different approach to his soloing in that version that I think is worth checking out.
Strats sound so much better in e flat
cool software!
why do you play with such high action?
e flat tuning absolutely does not make me sad
