Oh Kristina if I could hug you, just finished this routine, can't tell how happy tht I can clasp hands behind with palm pressing together for the first time. Also I could switch the palm the other way as well. I remember u advised me that to improve clasp of hand need more arm and shoulder opening needed. Twice I did your new video of thin waist and muffin top one which brought flexibilty.Thank you so much

This was my first attempt at one of your practises. I enjoyed this, thank you. My only constructive criticism is the consistency of use of LHS/RHS, which hindered the flow of my practice at times.

I’ve tried few lessons from your videos, really liked them. They are the best lessons I’ve practised this year! The only thing may I suggest is can you speak slower when you move? Or maybe add voice instruction when you edit your video? As I’m struggling to understand you when you move and talk, I have to watch you all the time otherwise I can’t understand what you are saying😅
