One of the worst things about being a UA-camr is the system making you create clickbait titles just so people look at your work. The trick is delivering on that clickbait.
Yeah, the a7Siii cost almost twice much, so wouldn’t make much sense to trade-down to an entry-level FF camera like the S5II. But for those of us with the a7IV, 7c or older Sonys, the S5II is almost a no brainer.
@Big Cook same here, I sold my a7IV. Yeah the advantages of the Sony are “marginal”, compared to a lot of features that LUMIX has and Sony does not. Frame markers, video Timelapse, waveforms, shutter angle, open gate. Those are things that significantly improve workflow and shooting experience, where’s I’ve never have anyone (including customers) notice if I shot 120p in HD instead of 4K
No point moving systems for no good reason. The A7SIII is awesome, but I'd rather the Panasonic as I think it just edges it as hybrid camera due to the megapixel count. 12mp is ok for a lot of things but not really product and portraiture unfortunately.

The Fx30 will be drastically sharper. I have all Panasonics, the S1, S5, S5ii now. And all of them are noticably softer at 4k 60 fps. It's really noticable. Almost looks like a 3k image. But the full frame look on 6k is still great.
Be careful about the S5II, Panasonic has made some changes since the GH6. The image quality is not as good as before except with vlog, skin textures are rough or simply gone in low light.
