Her hair is so beautiful. I'm in between medium/high porosity hair. Over the years however, I'm able to maintain moisture in my hair for up to 2-3 weeks now. I use my own diy hair products. Buttercreams are my go-to and help moisture stay in my hair longer. Keeping my hair in twists also help to maintain that moisture and retain length.

I just found out that I have average (which I think is medium/normal) porosity. My hair is salt and pepper and I always thought that I had high porosity, so I had no idea of how to take care of it or keep it moisturized. Hope the technique works for me. THANKS
My hair is normal porosity. I am actually transitioning 9 months post relaxer and have been doing everything I can from deep conditioning, protein treatments, low manipulation hair styles and the LOC method to maintain my healthy two textures. I also see my stylist every three weeks so she's also helping with the health of my hair. It's all about finding the right products and being consistent with a routine your hair LOVES ☺️

I feel as if you are putting way too many products in your daughter's hair. She is still very young, and her hair is naturally beautiful so I feel that with you adding different products it may take away something from her hair follicles. It's too much. She does not need that many applications or treatments for her young scalp. I would rather you use yourself as the model or an older woman who is actually losing or has thinning hair. That is just my observation.
