Passage To Eden | Eden Crafters (Demo Gameplay)

- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- Eden Crafters gives us a desolate world and asks us to transform it into a lush paradise...right after we dig a pit around our base. We've got some terraforming tools in our hand. Will I use it to bring life to a dead planet? Or enforce parking restrictions around my spaceship.

Choose your planet, and turn it into a habitable haven for humanity. Navigate through treacherous landscapes and radioactive areas, or face giant waves caused by a nearby moon: each planet comes with different challenges in your quest for a new Eden.
Gather materials, craft essential tools, and build the foundation for a flourishing civilization.
Automate resource gathering and transformation with conveyors and machines, from elaborate factories to environmental transformation systems.
Temper the climate, create a breathable atmosphere, and turn toxic lakes into life-sustaining water.
Your mission as an Eden Crafter is to transform a vast open world, in singleplayer or online co-op multiplayer. Embark on a journey of survival with one goal: turning this hostile planet into a flourishing Eden, where crafting and automation are the keys to success.

I was worried for a minute there that you were going to get serious about the moat idea and build a deathtrap in your front yard. :D
The demo is fairly short (you can play as long as you want, but there's only a few hours' worth of content), but I like the basic idea. From the devs' description, it's basically Planet Crafter bolted onto Satisfactory, except episodic: you drop down onto a world, set up production chains to make the stuff you need to solve its environmental problems, then leave for the next planet that needs fixing.
Planet crafter! That was the game I was trying to think about, since it's basically this.
Hehe, Dave has his special brand of 'gameplay' for every game he plays. Very rarely is his gameplay at all similar to anyone else's gameplay, or often indeed similar to how the game was meant to be played. In a game that is about making round balls, Dave will always be there trying to make cubes.🤣🤣
Is there a game about round balls that I can force to be a cube? Because I would play that ;)
When he tried to find the door on that module, who else thought "hashtag The Door"?
I did...
The water pipe made me laugh out loud 😂
It's me...so it was going to look like that ;)
Speaking of bricks, i need more fire bricks.
See...I'm helping
This is my 3rd first comment on this channel BRAVO
Well done! ;)
Getting Stranded Alien Dawn vibes to this. Only without the man-eating bugs and creatures.
Far less bugs.
I tried this during that Next Fest, and I was so bored and frustrated by this demo. It's basically a game I'd tried a couple years ago (is that Planet Crafter?), except slower and less interesting. You made it actually look fun and playable. Good job, Dave. If anyone could, it's only you. 😅😆
Even the dev says it's basically Planet Crafters
@@WeeHoursGames Why make a game that's a copy of another game? I don't understand. Your own take, maybe, but it's basically just a less-complete Planet Crafters. I saw nothing different. I'm so confused by this.
Hey Dave What does a brick look like? LOL
It's a longer conversation than you think
Iron or what Dave? Iron or WHAT..man, that so annoying.
Huh?
@@WeeHoursGames you kept saying iron or but never said what the or was.
