Hi! I just got this camera but all of my films are coming out black. The film pack was not exposed to light, but I can't figure out why my pictures aren't developing correctly.

So sorry to hear about that :( What settings are you using? The first thing that comes to my mind is, if you are in Pinhole mode, the light might not be enough to get a proper image...

Christa Verstraten Hi! Any chance that the batteries are installed wrong or the camera is in MX mode? When you turn it on, the light where the counter is should be green

Christa Verstraten when you press the shutter, even if there is no film inside, you should hear a “chivvvvv” sound (sorry, I do t have a better word for it) if you hear no sound, maybe you should get in touch with Lomography :/

Hmm 🤔 I’m guessing one of the settings is off or the shutter doesn’t work properly 😞 if you’ve tried some different settings, maybe you can get in touch with Lomography directly

Vincenzo hi! You mean the transparent, frame like thing? You can draw something on it, put it inside the camera before the film and all your photos will have that drawing on them :) you have to put it upside down though...
