Exactly. I don’t expect a random stranger to be responsible for me nor do I feel the need to go out of my way to help someone idk. Unless the evidence is clear as day that someone is in immediate danger, I not risking it :/

Helping people either with money or with time, should only be done through an official organization--food bank, salvation army, homeless shelter, etc. An official organization will have more protections for vetting, and to deal with mentally ill or criminals. If someone just needs temporary assistance (like broken down vehicle), then call the police for them.
There are dozens of UA-cam channels such as the one by Dhar Mann , which often speak about helping homeless and strangers etc....Those guys are good. However, in real life things may vary. Just imagine the guy from Story # 1 refusing to help even those who actually need help, in the aftermath / after-effect

Will always appreciate that Mr. Nightmare, beyond just a little quicker tempo or mildly more 'anxious' tone at parts, never tries to put on any stupid, over dramatic, 'scary' voice when narrating these stories and pretty much just lets them stand on their own. Always been my favorite style of narration for this sort of content.
Absolutely, whenever people try and narrate with effort to scare you’re spending more time cringing about the voice than listening and focusing on the actual story.

From observing my own deeply conservative part of the US, it's not the Trump flags that are stolen--it's usually pride flags; it's also not the lefties using slogans and slurs, but the Trump supporting houses like to use sidewalk chalk to pretend their kids wrote f*** Joe Biden. I'm going to say this story is either completely made up, or stolen and had Trump/redneck labels slapped on.

Oh FFS, the woman in Story 2 really irritated the hell out of me. She knowingly has an obsessive stalker, has no situational awareness while driving home, then not only forgets to lock the windows in her house, but when someone has clearly broken in and tries to enter her bedroom, she makes multiple calls to everyone EXCEPT the police! Her stupidity is staggering.

In this day and age you can't be too trusting of others because you don't know what their intentions may be, sometimes we learn the hard way but as long as we learn we'll be okay for future encounters!! Stay safe and be ever mindful of those who strike you as odd or suspicious because you never know what they could be capable of and always go with your gut feelings because they will keep you alive in the coming years!

Up here in Canada we already celebrated our Thanksgiving in early October. I never understand why the US's is so late and close to Christmas? At least in October we still have pumpkins and leaves that haven't completely fallen yet with beautiful fall colors and lovely potted mums everywhere and warm weather still. He was listening to his grandma and had a good heart, I mean it was pouring rain outside too, can you imagine turning away a wet, cold, and hungry homeless person on your doorstep? I thought it was very sweet and unfortunate that it was a plot. Don't let evil people make you become a bitter old grouch and turn away good people down on their luck, it could be you on the opposite side one day.
Speaking of helping strangers. I work at a gas station overnight in Oklahoma. One rainy night, this guy comes in and is acting kinda strange. He tells me he just wrecked his car on the side of the building and needed help getting something out of there. He had no wounds. I asked if he wanted me to call someone and he kinda ignored it. I cautiously walked out the front door with him but couldn't see any car so I said, "let me go tell my manager what I'm doing." I went inside, grabbed my knife and kept my hand on my knife in my back pocket. As we get further to the edge of the parking lot, what I saw horrified me. I couldn't speak... there, sitting on the side of the road was... a wrecked car. Yeah, turns out the guy 180d on the entrance ramp and flipped his car three times before hitting a tree. Ambulance came and let him go. *Haunting ghost sounds*
I genuinely wish you could feel what it's like to be falling asleep to your stories and then right when you're drifting off BANG BANG BANG SHATTER SHATTER just in case you forgot what door knocking or glass shattering sounds like HERE YOU GO
The reason I like Mr nightmare is because, unlike other channels that do this style of video narrating stories, his stories involve more than just theives and people following someone around Walmart. Don't get me wrong, those are creepy, but I enjoy the range of different plots with Mr nightmare. I had to stop watching the other channels because no matter what the theme of the video was, it would be the same old story over and over again.
To the OP in the first story... Sometimes doing the right thing is listening to your mother. She said to shut the door. She was right. The "right thing" isnt giving a begger what they want.

Man, for that last story. I would have been drinking as much water as I could to sober up after seeing someone in the woods, not drinking more beer. Bad decision there.
Unfortunately, the only thing that can sober a person up is time. I.E You have to wait for the effects of the alcohol to wear off.

Up here in Canada we already celebrated our Thanksgiving in early October. I never understand why the US's is so late and close to Christmas? At least in October we still have pumpkins and leaves that haven't completely fallen yet with beautiful fall colors and lovely potted mums everywhere and warm weather still. Where do you get your pumpkins and gourdes now? It's cold and it's getting close to Christmas. WTF?

He was listening to his grandma and had a good heart, I mean it was pouring rain outside too, can you imagine turning away a wet, cold, and hungry homeless person on your doorstep? I thought it was very sweet and unfortunate that it was a plot. Don't let evil people make you become a bitter old grouch and turn away good people down on their luck, it could be you on the opposite side one day.

Speaking of helping strangers. I work at a gas station overnight in Oklahoma. One rainy night, this guy comes in and is acting kinda strange. He tells me he just wrecked his car on the side of the building and needed help getting something out of there. He had no wounds. I asked if he wanted me to call someone and he kinda ignored it.
I cautiously walked out the front door with him but couldn't see any car so I said, "let me go tell my manager what I'm doing." I went inside, grabbed my knife and kept my hand on my knife in my back pocket. As we get further to the edge of the parking lot, what I saw horrified me. I couldn't speak... there, sitting on the side of the road was... a wrecked car.
Yeah, turns out the guy 180d on the entrance ramp and flipped his car three times before hitting a tree. Ambulance came and let him go. *Haunting ghost sounds*

The reason I like Mr nightmare is because, unlike other channels that do this style of video narrating stories, his stories involve more than just theives and people following someone around Walmart. Don't get me wrong, those are creepy, but I enjoy the range of different plots with Mr nightmare. I had to stop watching the other channels because no matter what the theme of the video was, it would be the same old story over and over again.
