I think your explanation to skill level 1 and 2 needs to be corrected,
Skill level 1 occupation is
Occupations at Skill Level 1 have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Skill level 2- Occupations at Skill Level 2 have a level of skill commensurate with one of the following: NZ Register Diploma or. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.
It doesn’t necessarily mean you will be in managerial position if you complete skill level 1 or 2
Accountant also comes under skill level 1 if you have a bachelor or higher. It depends on the skills assessment.
For example professionally qualified social worker or engineer are skilled level 1 occupations.

What my query is that one of my friends daughter is in trouble she has not got her PR and when I asked her why did she waited so long to apply for her PR,
Then she said that her daughter informed as per lawyer's advice she can't apply for PR until she completes her age 25
She has applied for for her PR under 189 visa category I think after completing 25
still she has not got any reply
Is this true? That's what I wanted to know is their any rules like this
At the age of 24 years old, she has done her degree and masters both
and now she is 27 and she is in Australia for past 8 years
For my knowledge she is a international student in Sri Lanka royal institute and she has done her degree and masters both in Australia in IT
And she was working as web designer in a IT company under their work permit and they have promised to get her PR but I can't remember the dates ,I think two years back,
when the Australia government imposed a tax increase , during that time they have said company is bankrupt so they are reducing staff due to that reason she has lost the job

This point system supports only who are yonger, for people age over 40 its really difficult to get 300 becoz theres no higher points offered for 10 years work experience.

Thank you for the information. But seriously, you calculate 300 points that easily. what a joke. You are from Sri lanka and you know very well how hard it is to get 8+ in englist. Do not calculate that into general scenario. And also that point system for english is very unfair. It is very ufair for candidates who take 8+ for 3 bands and missing 8+ in the other band just by a margin. Then that person is only considered a 7+. This is true for majority of sri lankan candidates who are doing specially PTE. If possible please raise this concern as Sri lankans in Australia. If they can adpat the point systm in CANADA which they consider marks for each section that would be very fair. And also do not calculate 300 taking a job offer or Australian experience. If you calculate properly you will see that for a married person it is simply impossible to get even 300 points.
If we get a lower mark for just one section, now we can just redo that section right?? I'm not sure though
ඉතින් ielts point කලින් විදියමනේ. කලිනුත් 8+ නං මුළු points වලින් 20%යි දැනුත් එහෙමයි 7 ගත්තත් එහෙමයි. දැන් උනත් ගොඩක් occupation වල points 80+ තමයි pr ලැබෙන්නේ. ගොඩක් කට්ටිය ලේසි උනත් අමාරු උනත් english points 20 ගන්නවා.

Thank you for watching. Getting 8+ is not a joke. I got 9 in my IELTS. So it was easy for me. These points are decided by the government not me unfortunately. Anyone who wants to migrate will have to do some hard work if this system comes into play. Good luck!
