Did you say you are selling your property? I need to sell our house in Tomball and get a bit more yard space, but doing necessary repairs is slow going. If only Life would give us a break in Houston!
I had a blood orange in a pot, and got fruit the year after I bought it. But then it got killed in a winter freeze the next winter because it was too large to bring inside. I got a new one last year, and I brought it in this past week. And now it blossomed indoors, of course. So I am not sure if there will be any successful fruit. Fingers crossed!
Yes ma'am, we'll be putting the property up for sale this summer. We'll be empty nester and want a smaller piece of land.
@@KrystalsTexasGarden we were empty for not quite 2 years before one then two kids had life hardships and they came back, and my Mom came to live with us too with dementia, almost 6 years ago, so we still need a 4 bedroom... *eye roll* but I am sick and tired of having neighbors 6 feet from my front door in this subdivision, 4 bedrooms or not. You are humble/kingswood area? So... how many bedrooms and how much? Maybe we can just trade? Hahahaha
I am glad momma is safe and things are getting better in your part of Texas. I keep water in glass in my garage and it was good.and we used that when the water was out. We have an in ground pool which my husband drained the equipment to keep it from freezing up in the power outage. The pool actually froze over. I need to do a look what damaged video myself. My grow station in my garage could not keep consistent power and we did not use our precious water to water anything that was turning leggy. The only thing that seemed to survive pretty well was the tomatoes.

Yes it was cold we lost water but not electricity ......I still have my seedlings in the house a lot of my cabbage froze but we just start over I'm glad you're mom and family are safe....

An we deal with very cold weather an tons of snow in winter.
Without the proper heat lots have pipes freese an bust.
Also have ice storms. That is very scary. 20 feet tall trees cant take the weight of the heavy ice an snap in half pulling hydro lines down.So could be without heat or powers for weeks til it get fixed.
Its scary to go throw.
Doesnt help that the temperature are up an down all winter.
This year has been a pretty good one so far.our lowest tem was -25.
Youse got coldest temperatures about aweek after we did .So weird
I pray that it doesnt happen to youse again .this year an in years to come.
