I am confused between this one and medela harmony pump

I bought this pump recently and I can’t seem to get any milk out, I’ve tried both flange sizes and nothing. Any tips?
Make sure your nipple is in the middle of the flange. Then pump really fast until your milk come down.
Could u send me a link which one did u buy as seems I can not find this what comes with for 2 size of nipples

How do you properly heat the breast milk in the bottle/bag?
In a freezer bag, I will put warm water in a bowl and let the bag sit in it & defrost. In a bottle I will use either my Avent bottle warmer, or just hold it under my sink water because it's very hot! :) Thank you for commenting ! & watching

I've got this breastpump! I mainly chose it because I had some other Lansinoh products as well, including the nipple cream.
I didn't know how to use the 2 modes, so I've been using the 2nd line of the diaphragm since I got it. I'll definitely try out the other mode as well now.
I also didn't get 2 flanges when I bought mine 😢 it would've been nice if it came with both because I'm not sure if I've got the right flange size.
AMAZON HAS A 21MM IN THIS BRAND!!!!
I actually use that before it doesn’t work for anything

Its garbage got mine today waste of money
