Madam, you are giving very simple breathing exercises which we ignore or not considered seriously. Now u have explained the importace of proper breathing which helps us a lot in solving day to day activities and be away from doctors and to keep a healthy life. So proper breathing is a good medicine which God has provided. Hats off Madam.
