    YOG gurus knew the benefits of breathing thousands of years ago. but today mostly science and pharmaceuticals companies do not want us to know the power of breathing because medicine is a billion dollars business. the day I followed yoga practices with proper breathing I feel more refreshing everyday like ever before. only 10 minutes of different pranayams plus proper breathing techniques makes your feel healthy.

      Yes pranayam and more advanced Kapilbhatti is really worth practicing plus other yoga. My liver enzymes have come down to almost normal range 🙀✌️

    मै अपनी आयु से 7-8 वर्ष कम दिखता था। दो साल पहले तक। पिछले दो सालों में तनाव, अनिद्रा से फर्क पड़ा है।
    लेकिन अब फिर से काम शुरू किया है। तनाव पर काबू कर रहा हूं। दोस्तों ने बहुत साथ दिया।
    किस्मत वाला हूं कि परिवार साथ मे है।
    बाँसुरी वादन सीख रहा हूँ। मन्दिर मैं भजन करना चाहता हूँ अपने गिटार और बांसुरी के साथ।
    ईश्वर से अरज है कि वे अपनी शरण मे रखे।

    Madam, you are giving very simple breathing exercises which we ignore or not considered seriously. Now u have explained the importace of proper breathing which helps us a lot in solving day to day activities and be away from doctors and to keep a healthy life. So proper breathing is a good medicine which God has provided. Hats off Madam.
