My favorite is Sweet Potato!
My daughters is Pumpkin ! I used to request Pumpkin pie 🥧 every year for my birthday since I was born on Thanksgiving, it was very fitting for the occasion. I may have just burned myself out in them because I loved them so much but when I was introduced to a Sweet Potato Crumb Pie 😍😍😍I fell in love !
One year ago…. I watched this video and I’m watching again. I love everything you make! The quilt and pillows made of placemats are beautiful. I love your endless ideas.
At 8:48 you can take that same concept and make an all year round decorative tree! You could add different decor to make it less "wintery".
I also really like the idea of using the wire floral rope to add bulk. This would work really well to bulk up any fake tree. You can buy a 3 to 5 foot tree at a thrift store for about $10 and add a few packs of the "rope" to bulk it up and fill it out.
Many of the really useful "staples" for year-round creating are seasonal in climates like mine, and you won't find them once the season is over. For example: pool noodles, planters, wreaths, floral, mini Christmas trees, lights, and ornaments. Many ornaments (think stars, balls, etc.) can be spray painted to use for decor year round but you won't be able to find them in April or July!
My daughter was a praying mantis for Halloween and I needed to find a green pool noodle to use as the legs. Even in September you couldn't find pool noodles for sale anywhere! Luckily I found one sticking out of the someone's trash can (!) and I was able to finish the costume! (I didn't mention to my daughter that I trash picked part of her Halloween costume! Ha!)

Girl you out did yourself this year! Always interesting and delightful projects that are especially user and budget friendly! I love the fact that there are projects for every age and skill level! Hopefully we can decorate my daughter and son in laws home and surprise them!! Can't wait to gather the Grands and "SPOOK UP" the place! I feel like these sorts of surprises are the sort of thing my grands will remember their Ganny for and smile when THEY are sharing with their children! Thanks soo very much for inspiration!! Hobi wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s not good at hiding his emotions because his face gives it all away. It’s a beautiful thing really, because it means he was raised in an environment that allowed him full freedom of expression. And because of that he’s obviously a great communicator. Props to his parents for raising an amazing man. 🥰😍
I only ate sweet potato pie when my grandmother was alive because she made the best. After she died I stopped eating it because I knew I would never find anyone who could make it as good and I've been right since 1996. So now I make pumpkin pie and I love it. I even make the crust from scratch.

This time of year is hard for me but I'm genuinely inspired after watching your video. There are so many ideas here that it is a gold mine. I'm in awe of your creativity. Thank you for the inspiration! The most difficult part will be narrowing down which project to begin with.🤔😁 The next difficult task will be finding the materials because some of the Dollar Trees I have seen have been in short supply. The third will be finding the time because this year is moving by fast compared to last year.

I loved all the inspiration that you gave me in this video!!! My all time favorite craft that you did was last year the miniature candy shop ! My second favorite was the marshmallow mugs with the fake whip cream. I'm thinking about making those for gifts this year. I love watching your videos! I've been watching you for a few years and I really like how the crafts are explained quickly. I have to admit that despite watching you a ton and shopping at the dollar tree all of the time, I've never actually made any of your crafts! Lol! I'm sure I'm not the only one!
One comment would be to add to the screen about how much total it will cost to make said item. (Not including glue or other "staples".) I think that people would really like to see that.
