THE HATEFUL 8 | Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout | 30 Min workout

  • In today's Zeus Fitness workout , it's time to smash what I call the 'Hateful 8' Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout. So the aim of the game in this Full Body HIIT Workout is to target every muscle group and stack the exercises
    Once we have have stacked all 8 exercises on top of each other. We then go down the other side wiping one away with each lap.
    Everything will be explained in the video.
    All of it crammed in around 30 minutes. You should work up a serious sweat and burn some calories with this one

    So I've been doing your workouts for about 2 months now and alongside a new diet, I've dropped over 10 ibs! Thanks man! But whewwww this particular workout got me sweating like I popped a molly 😅 maybe it's bc rest times are nonexistent. But it pushed me for sure!

    these are hard!! lol! ive got a ways to go...
    Zeus is the man- i hit these 30 minutes epsiodes about 4 times a week and do the yoga (from boot camp) at least once a week

    I appreciate you never taking short cuts on your sets. You go to the very End of the timer and then some. Not saying that I do that, but respect your discipline.

    Which of your videos would work for using heavier weights? I'm trying to lift heavier and most videos say use lighter weights 😂 could I possibly suggest an idea for a new workout using heavy weights?

      I would hit the 4 week boot camp and in the weights section bump those weights up for a serious workout

      3 kgs it’s enough. Try 5 if You are in good shape

      Yes start light and see how you get on. Everyone will be different. Depending on someone’s fitness level and strength anything from 3-8 kg each will give a serious workout
