In this video, I am going to be breaking down the full tutorial on how I move up sew-in extensions without fully removing them. I am moving up 3 rows of my Wholy Sewn Extension Install Method! She has Hot Heads Machine Weft Hair Installed, and we are moving this up after a healthy 6 week grow out!
Let me know in the comments what kind of extension method you use at your salon, and if you offer mini move-ups! Would you be interested in learning my Wholy Sewn Method?

Thank you for these videos! Just followed this today and moved mine up, only took 30 minutes because I just have the one row. So much easier then when I did my own tape ins, redoing those was a 2 day process!
What would you do if your client gets grey coverage every 4 weeks? Would you remove the rows, do the single process, then reinstall the wefts back into the hair?
Beautiful!!!! Thank you for showing us !! 🤩🤗💞💞
Your videos are so helpful
Great video! What type/brand of pliers did you purchase for these?
I’m doing my first weft on Thursday! Yay! How often do you move up? My client comes every 6 weeks for color. What’s your pricing? I figured $75-$100 for move up?
I do every 4-6 weeks for move up, and I charge $50-75 per row!
Go to wholyhair.com if you'd like to get on the waiting list for my future classes💗
@@WholyHairwhat’s ur price difference between a mini move up and a full re install? Trying to figure out how to charge for this
the best feeling is a fresh move up on your wefts ! 😅
but you said this a mini move up ? so what’s a regular move up? just waiting more weeks?
btw love your gold cross necklace!
the mini is just moving up the beads, only one mini can be done before the full removal & reinstall 💗
Live your work so I’ve been doing wefts but I do the waterfall method and I can’t do that quick move up like this. So when you sew 🪡 them do you see them on the edges of the bead so that it can move?
yes you don’t sew under the beads! I have a virtual certification course available at wholyhair.com 💗
This is exactly what I want
Is this with the hand tied method? With the stitch’s originally stitched on the string?
I'll be releasing my method soon! Go to wholyhair.com if you'd like to get on the waiting list for my future classes💗
What brand of wefts do you use?
How do the tape in's hold up to shampooing, and how long do they stay in?
I hated my tape ins. They would sometimes slide apart and come out. They also really damaged my hair!
Do you need to be trained by hotheads to purchase their hair? I’m a stylist about to be trained by Bellami next month. But I was looking around to see different pricing for different extensions.
no you don’t need to be trained to order the hair! I have a video over on my channel with details on how to order
just make a stylist account on hotheads.com and you can use code wholyhair for free shipping! Also, I'll be releasing my extensions method soon go to wholyhair.com if you'd like to get on the waiting list for my future classes💗
Thank you for the video. How many grams of hair were used for the wefts?
her machine weft was 100 grams! plus some tape ins
Now would this only be done when color doesn't need to be touched up?
no you can do it in addition to the color, go to wholyhair.com if you want to get on the waiting list for my future classes💗
How often can you do a mini move up
Vs a full removal and reinstall?
I have so many more details coming soon, go to wholyhair.com if you want to get on the waiting list for my future classes💗
How do prices range?? 🙏
I have an entire video in pricing over on my channel
Love it
Why would anyone ever use tape ins?????? too many great ways than to ruin hair with tape ins. And STOP do not try and say they do not ruin hair. LIARS!!! most people with thin damaged hair already are looking to help the hair look better not ruin it further.
if done correctly and taken care of with at home care they do not ruin the hair.
I have worn tapes for 12 years with no issues and none of my clients have had any. It's all in proper selection of the type and method used.
