    Sir i have a doubt. The person who works in Gulf they are in NRE status and the account also a NRE account, will he also comes under NRI!

      Any Indian citizen who resides more than 182 days outside India will fall under NRI category as per income tax subject to other conditions also

    If the buyer is an individual, he need not get TAN number. He can use his PAN to deduct TDS. While applying TDS certificate, he can register his PAN no in TRACES as DEDUCTOR and get the required certificate

      Yes I agree but this is applicable only in case on both buyer and seller are Indian resident, in the above video I have spoken about nri TDS in such a case law demands an individual to apply for tan number from buyer end and deduct TDS

    Sir please help us.we purchased a property from NRI .but debited only 1%. Now seller is not paying tds. How to handle this. We are worried.pls help sir
