This is a very beautiful home. I really like the color scheme and they did a great job of updating the place, inside and out. I like how the windows allow lots of natural light into the living room area. I also appreciate that it's across the street from the Largo mall. Very convenient. Why would I buy a house sitting on someone else's land ? If landowner decides to triple rent every 2 years, what you going to do ? You can't move.
