The home is nice, but not exceptional in any way. I wouldn't pay that price...ever. I'm not trying to be demeaning, the home has some nice features. I'm sure it was loved and cherished by the owner. It's light, bright, and open. You did a nice job of showing it, but I would suggest taking more time on some of the features. I would have liked to have seen the full laundry area, storage, and Murphy bed. Can you store things in shelves...or only if you don't use the.bed? Although I think the HOA is quite high. It's very nice to not have to pay space rent. I would emphasize that feature. Also wondering if you didn't want the furniture...or most of it. Do you have to take it?
