- hey guys welcome back to another Balenciaga sneaker unboxing video this time for the new Balenciaga runners that are new for 2021, similar to the Track and the Triple S but completely different compared to the Xpander - would love to hear your thoughts on these in the comments below!

@@danielzacatenco just got the white ones. Quality is so perfect. I was considering getting the burgundy colorway then i noticed the same thing made in china. So i grabbed the white ones. I hope they just make them all in italy. For $1,200 they. Definitely should

I think it is intedend to look like a Nike tick , cuz that's Demna's whole like thing he does, he takes like popular logos/ logos that are relevant in pop culture and makes a play on them like he did with Bernie Sanders and Gap's logo most recently 😁😁
I thought so too but I asked in store and the staff said it’s not that they know of! Whereas the Bernie sanders and Gap is instantly recognisable so I’m not too sure 🤔

Thanks so much for this! They are cool for sure but don’t seem to be pushing boundaries in terms of balenciagas usual way. More a hybrid of previous. But I love the hand numbering touch. I think I prefer the burgundy ones as modelled on their website. Thank you again for this! Would love to get your take and styling on the tyrex please! Looking forward to next arcana release! X

Why I recieved mine today and aren’t like that? 😭 They have clear sole and website show it full white, yours got the yellowish clear sole on the back too?

@@VineVast Hello that was time ago, the photos on the Balenci website were from the OG pair made from italy (full white and transparent) the ones they sent me were the made in china pair, which is slightly different in design and with yellowish glue and yellowish transparent sole. I end up returning the Made in china ones to Balenciaga and got a made in italy OG white pair from Mytheresa (the ones that I want from the start🎉)

the track ones have leather as well . i think the track1 are more versatile and durable. but id you prefer light material go for these
I have both Track 1s and Runners, I find both really comfortable, the Runners however do have just a slight edge over the Tracks, if you’re into the over complex look of the Tracks I recommend those but if you want a slightly more casual, slightly more comfortable and wearable shoe definitely go with the Runner

Personally I think the track 2s look better than the track 1s I got mine in the red/grey/black color way that isn’t available anymore

This is more like a Margiela-esque rather than Balenciaga imo. It lacks anything extra in Balenciaga sense. But maybe they aim exactly that.
Demna was actually at Margiela for like 4 years so it makes sense that some of his pieces are influenced by the house !
