I'm telling you, this demo fr moved me. When i first finished the chapter i felt something like: happiness combined with care, it's almost like the game knew my problems. Not only that, we finally got to see how our character feels this entire time, having to bear the weigh of being the world's savior (i'm mainly talking about conversation with Kyoko in the Manor where u "tell her the truth"), which i find really interesting. This game keeps getting better and better and i'm all for it.
I never thought of that until now, but I can say that it makes sense. Have you seen what the heroes go through to save the world? I'd wouldn't be surprised if they have trauma after everything that happened...
I glad the game finally did something Gaming didn't do in years, "The Protagonist is not evil,you are evil." Most of the Mannequins Dialogues were saying to things we would probably say when we react negatively to our character (ex: the "why can't you pick up more than 10 items? Take them.") Or else our Character is getting alot of Anxiety and had their Adrenaline Pumping due to their quest of "Saving Builderman"
Fun fact: when i was struggling with this boss on hardmode, i got help from 1 random, but even with him, we still struggled. *BUT THEN, WHEN HATRED CHARGED HIS SUPER ATTACK, THE RANDOM USED **_Pray_** INSTEAD OF GHOST POTION, AND **_Pray_** JUST RIGHT OUT 1 SHOT HATRED!?* I'm not joking, Pray card literally dealt 1000 damage to HATRED, and had some unique message i forgot.
@@Not_Alanius max hp on max lvl (if you beat the chapter) is 80/85, if you havent beat the chapter, you can have like.. 65/70 max hp, so it IS possible to survive it, because it deals 60 damage. Not even counting charge defense xd
Me when my Cruel King summon gets nuked and then i get attacked by those orbs, and then getting confused and attacking myself right as I get told to use the ghost potion, dying
On the attempt when I finished the fight one of my party members summoned cruel king, but when the charge attack came around the king froze hatred causing us to all die because our ghost potions wore off. (Luckily one of our players had revive)
I remember that some people were discussing how "this chapter, you NEED a healer" And when i played though the chapter, the only time where i fainted was at the final boss. And it was only twice. This was solo btw and the only healing i had was the ice dagger and some 6hp items. Or in other words, Boss: Nooooo, you cant just dodge my attempts at getting full contol of your body :( Player: Haha, space go *amazing*
Hatred watching as I Power Stab it to death: I died 4 times because of that lightning strike attack.. After multiple strategies I jut settled with Power Stab + Ice Dagger spam! 'Twas not as bad as the transformed griefer..

i had -3 attack(defense-support build) during this fight so whenever i was dazed and attacked allies, i healed a single hp instead, it was really funny, i wouldnt hurt my homies.
I wish they can keep it its so funny lmao, as the support of the gang I will support to the teeth even if i hurt my bros because i can't possibly do damage

one time when i was carrying a friend through hard mode to get the badge, he died like halfway thru the fight and i was left to solo. i had gotten hatred down to 10 hp and I was also 10hp, but I got hit by sense of dread (had defense+ so 14 dmg) but the game gave me the barely survived thing, so I was left on 1 hp and I beat the fight next turn with powerstab + stab. It felt like the most plotarmor thing ever and it was so satisfying
The reason why hatred is hard: -Although nearly all of its attack are single targets, it deal a lot of dmg, make its become dangerous -Stupid Hatred's Call For Help can mess your attack and also deal 5 DMG -It can use Insta-kill attack each 5 turns And finally, it is one of 2 boss that can lag your phone so much (other is Green and Purple) Even with party, it still dangerous as hell
Hatred Literally almost Turned me to a racist dude with Really making me bust out of anger, i was so Angry that my legs were shaking of It, and i keeping myself calm
here’s some tips for the people who need it: if you are running a build with high SP (like 20-25) use the cruel king summon(kill cruel king 5 times), happy sp (2-3 of them), and deep focus(you can get it from the banished knight) Then, just summon the cruel king, and spam focus and ice dagger, if your cruel king dies, just summon another one.If you want to dodge his attacks, dodge corruption as soon as you see the orb exit his head. For dread, dodge when you hear the sound cue, it’s faint, but noticeable. Do not use red and blue in this fight because they don’t have any durability and will get taken out instantly. Also if you are running a full party and need a healer build, go Anchor, Sacrifice+, Resurrection (as many as you have) and any HP+ cards you can fit in.

Just for this, it’s currently my favorite chapter. This boss is a pretty cool fight, with some banger music playing, too. Also, many people are saying it’s hard. But probably because you forgot to do something you did with enemies : learn the attack patterns. I can literally solo him DAMAGELESS.
Comparing to Bubonic Plant, I would say Hatred is a glass cannon (if you are saying it has high HP with 50, remember that Bubonic Plant had the same HP), it isn’t there to chip down your HP, it wants to rush you down with all of its attack being deadly. Unlike Bubonic Plant, however, it goes all out in its attack instead of relying on consistency, so when it’s done attacking, well, glass cannon

hardest thing hatred can use is lagging the heck of most of the low end phones and pc makes dodgeing the apperations a pain and litearlly every hatred hits is fatal unless you got lucky with the timing (timing it with 15 fps is hell fr)
i beat hatred first try solo and its surely not as hard as people say yes his attacks are strong but they are extremely easy to dodge while also having some very obvious timings if you actually pay attention (playing on a low end device is not related to the game itself so i dont count that) plus theres also strats to beat him easily so for the most part players jus suck and want to have a free win through the chapters dont nerf my boy 🙏

Solo + Less HP + Less Damage + Minion easier to Kill + 2 Turn just for you + Intended Experience Team - Hatred have Ungodly Amount of HP - Hit Hard as Fuck - You can't kill Apparition in One Move and it will stay longer on the field and be a pain in yo a## - Only One Turn so Fail Ghost Potion before the Burst Attack is like a Big F### You in Particular - If all of them die early you will have to deal with Bulky Hatred with A Minions that act as if they can't be kill

I do like that our character does actually have some thought and emotion instead of just going with what the player choices are, makes it feel more alive.
when i played with a full party i was basically beating the boss by myself on hard mode when it had 80 hp because my teammates all died within a few turns
Just get 2 defence to have an (almost) guaranteed chance to protect yourself from corruption if you know how to block For the pk lightning you just need to click during the first frame of the lightning
Well idk if i have master the pattern but click at the same time when HATRED blast shoot And the lighting just look when the "eye" or "center" of HATRED fills up, Click right after that.

The boss has 100 hella health. and it's brutal. But when you didn't use your ghost potions. It hurts me more. So maybe just read some dialogue and might find something useful before fighting the boss?
Ive been playing in hardmode solo this entire time but hatred solo on hard is absolute INSANITY. So much so that i had to resort to turning off hardmode just for that fight.
yo...guess who made the thumbnail... for anyone struggling with the fight, make sure to focus on hatred's character animations, as they are an easy visual cue for the second that hatred will attack, much better than solely relying on training wheels.

I think this boss is balance, It's like Teacher Bunbun of Battle Cat It's here to test you if you are truly ready to be a Blocktale Player as the game only get harder and they are not gonna have a Mercy on you It's a Filter of "The Strong Progress forward and the Weak Grew Stronger and Try Again" Hatred Being Difficult was to show how far you have come and to warn you that it's not going to getting easier from here.
The boss isn't that hard, the reason why your team struggle so much is due to the fact that you cannot dodge, partially block the attacks, or at lwast utilizing the ghost potion properly The attack patterns has been shown by previous enemies namely bubonic plant so training yourself to dodge those prior would've made the fight way much easier I'm just saying
looming sense of dread is easy for me to countered because i had to see the frames of the hatred. mouth of hateful is insanely hard for me to countered (Even with training wheels) because i have a skill issue. but sometimes i can counter them till excellent. the sheer power is kinda easy to counter. but if you only have 0 sp, u are dead. except u have ice dagger before the sheer power's turn. the prayer card. i didn't notice this after i beat the boss lol. oh yeah you use it after hatred have 20 hp. and it will do 1k damage. also why is hatred sound like wither storm?
Like all fights in bloxtale, when you get into the rhythm and understand the pattern it becomes a very satisfying fight, this one especially since it’s arguably the current hardest boss in the game. Took me like 8 or 9 retries, before finally beating it.
I kept dying to the thunder but the more I listen to the noise it makes and observe the boss's sprite it literally became the most easiest attack to dodge for me

It was weak enough for Prayer to Endured the Darkness, You can just call the Holy Light to EVAPORATED THE RED THING

Unlike Bubonic Plant, however, it goes all out in its attack instead of relying on consistency, so when it’s done attacking, well, glass cannon

The problem is that people don't understand that the game can't be a free pass for everyone and the ramping difficulty is necessary to keep the tension
Personally Hatred is a Great Filter, You may ask why
It test you skill, It ask you to Mastered Everything you have learn so far, Dodging the Attack and Dealing with Minions while Understanding the Purpose of Ghost Potion
It is a Test to see if you're truly ready to be a block tales players because it's not gonna get easier from here

It ask you to reach certain skill level to process
You may ask someone to carry you but deep inside you know it yourself that you cannot Grasp the Sheer Power of Hatred
At last, Hatred is a Miss or Hit, They gonna hit it with Nerf Sometime anyway but, Design wise it is a great boss and overall a good wrap up to a Ghostwalker Chapter.
hardest thing hatred can use is lagging the heck of most of the low end phones and pc
makes dodgeing the apperations a pain and litearlly every hatred hits is fatal unless you got lucky with the timing (timing it with 15 fps is hell fr)

i beat hatred first try solo and its surely not as hard as people say
yes his attacks are strong but they are extremely easy to dodge while also having some very obvious timings if you actually pay attention
(playing on a low end device is not related to the game itself so i dont count that)
plus theres also strats to beat him easily so for the most part players jus suck and want to have a free win through the chapters

@@thatguynamedabchonestly I wouldn’t know, but this chapter could also serve as a way of preparing our character for heavier stuff that may come our way. I do like that our character does actually have some thought and emotion instead of just going with what the player choices are, makes it feel more alive.
when i played with a full party i was basically beating the boss by myself on hard mode when it had 80 hp because my teammates all died within a few turns
Just get 2 defence to have an (almost) guaranteed chance to protect yourself from corruption if you know how to block
For the pk lightning you just need to click during the first frame of the lightning

when solo, you can spam the ghost potion for as long as you have sp. and its very useful, as you get "tired" for 1 second and you can use it again
The boss has 100 hella health. and it's brutal. But when you didn't use your ghost potions. It hurts me more. So maybe just read some dialogue and might find something useful before fighting the boss?

Last night I encountered someone who was trying for an hour straight to beat the boss.
The boss isn't that hard, the reason why your team struggle so much is due to the fact that you cannot dodge, partially block the attacks, or at lwast utilizing the ghost potion properly
The attack patterns has been shown by previous enemies namely bubonic plant so training yourself to dodge those prior would've made the fight way much easier I'm just saying
i thought this boss was way harder because of the damage it does but actually beated him in the first try

looming sense of dread is easy for me to countered because i had to see the frames of the hatred.
mouth of hateful is insanely hard for me to countered (Even with training wheels) because i have a skill issue. but sometimes i can counter them till excellent.
the sheer power is kinda easy to counter. but if you only have 0 sp, u are dead. except u have ice dagger before the sheer power's turn.
the prayer card. i didn't notice this after i beat the boss lol. oh yeah you use it after hatred have 20 hp. and it will do 1k damage.

Like all fights in bloxtale, when you get into the rhythm and understand the pattern it becomes a very satisfying fight, this one especially since it’s arguably the current hardest boss in the game. Took me like 8 or 9 retries, before finally beating it.

I kept dying to the thunder but the more I listen to the noise it makes and observe the boss's sprite it literally became the most easiest attack to dodge for me
