Went here for our family vacation before the bluejays game next door. This couple was fighting, the man literally close fist punched the woman. Me and my brother ran over to get involved but the man had the situation under control. Close call.
I also do believe zoos aren't the best environments for many animals, especially large apex predators. though there is some merit in species recovery programs for endangered animals. these recovery programs shouldn't be open to the public. there will be a point where over hunting will make the zoos the only place to see these animals at the rate humans are removing them.

These creatures have a better chance of surviving and breeding, naturally, in the wilds, and should be given that chance...not matter what!!! Just HATE these prisons. Aquariums are on the sour side of "horribleness" but provide kids like seen in this video, a face to face experience with these creatures. A lot of kids do not learn well from books and study, experiences like these and some zoo's/ conservation areas show people these things. I worked at one of these places, and the bears that I was working with wouldn't be alive if someone didn't create a 'zoo'. People pay to come and see REAL Grizzly bears and learn about them. Next time you go to a zoo or an aquarium ask people where the animals came from instead of hopping on the free the animals bandwagon. I've heard so much uneducated crap about these things it really piss's me off im sorry. I had to say it.

They seem fine as they are. Humans need to understand them too you know.
The main thing I like about it is the large tank. There is tons of room to explore there
