I own a mountain top where no one is even allowed to build because of environmental restrictions.my land falls just outside those restrictions and has the highest view above Antigua. I have a total of 4 Lots. Lots the same size below me and without views are selling between 65 and $80,000. I don't have the money for a dome house I was thinking instead to start with tulip or Bell tents. I would be open to any ideas. Such as giving you your own piece of land with no rent if you bilt restrooms and showers and we can do the glamping on the same property but separately at the same time regarding the profits. Go to Pacific Domes, they supplied these domes, they are the original first to market mass producer, US, Oregon I believe-very cool origin story. They have numerous sizes available, those in the video were 24 feet diameter, (452 square feet (42 meters square) ceiling height 14'3" (4.3 meters).
