Have you tried Misal in Katakirr and Bedekar, Pav bhaji in Prithvi Restaurant (Karve Nagar ), and Non Veg especially Biryani in PK Restaurant. You will definitely love it.
As a Maharashtrian and punekar i wanna tell you these aren't famous places or best places to visit in pune do follow this video while exploring the city. Won't recommend the restaurants and items he recommended.

I was in for a very bad experience at Shanivarwada....there is no toilet and for one of my elderly relative, I really struggled to find one...such a pity.

Please do proper research before reviewing food.
Misal pizza was ridiculous. Taste so bad. Second thing it was not kothimbir wadi ,many hotels gives besan wadi only little bit of dhaniya /kothimbir in it. Orginal kothimbir wadi is completely opposite 90% dhaniya and only 10% besan. For good misal visit vaidya misal, shri misal, shrikrishna uphar gruh, bedekar, newale etc.

Poor research! Vaishali is good not best. First two looks like they paid you for advertisement. If you want to make traditional eat video atleast do some research on what typical पुणेकर eats at what time of day. Vaishali is south indian.

@@VirtualBanjara bedekar misal. Garden vadapav. Durvankur dining hall. SP biryani house. Tiranga biryani house. Jogeshwari misal, These are to name few. Some of these have multiple outlets in pune itself. And then there are street food vendors, some of them are over 30 years old. Try going through पेठ areas, you'll see old very crowded places, you will find gems there. Try visiting saras baug there is literally mela of food vendors. It will take atleast 4 days to visit all and try.
