Oh Anna, next time before you stamp, huff on the stamp and the colors will be better. By the time you color all your stamp with markers, the first part drys. Just try it.
    Really like the ideas! Thanks!

I had seen you talk about the iodine before, looked for and when I couldn’t find it, just forgot about it. So I really, really appreciate you taking about it again, since I have been taking thyroid medicine for many years, and my symptoms are still here. Thank you very much for sharing this information.

Very interesting. I have been hypothyroid for over 30 years and taking meds for it. I have a friend that has done a lot of research (she is a nurse) and she says that the tests are very flawed. My levels seem to go up and down and my Dr. is always adjusting my dose. Sometimes I am so cold I have to wear a coat even in the house. I'll check out this info. TFS Anna!

Always a good idea to see if your multivitamins include iodine. Some do, some don’t. Especially if you want to supplement. Make sure you don’t get too much, all added together. Or if you don’t want to take iodine alone, make sure included in your multi. Plus, buy iodized salt!

I am 79 years old, never had any medical problems, don't take any medicines...but my daughter sees a naturopath doctor and now I think I will go see her also just to see if there is anything I need to do. I moved a couple years ago and haven't seen a doctor in about 3 years...time to change.

Dried seaweed is sold in Asian food stores in big packs. You can cut them up and soak in water to soften. use itt to make soup or sprinkle some on salad. Season with a drop of sesemi oil and salt and pepper. Some seaweeds are very salty, not washed sea salt off. These you have to soak a long time and rinse a few times. Not as common as prewashed seaweed.

Would it be smart to huff your breath on the stamp after coloring to remoisten the ink? I was taught to do that about 30 years ago.

What are the body"s purge symptoms? My brother does lots of alternative heath methods and he has lots of black raised patches all over his torso but not on arms or legs. I was wondering if those were his purge symptoms.

I've been taking iodine since you talked about it a couple months or so ago. I have dense breasts as well as lesions on my pancreas. I purchased The Iodine Crisis and follow the protocol. I'm hoping it helps. Thank you for doing the "uncomfortable " for us!

Anna, I absolutely love the information u bring us in your chats. I have a friend who found out about how so many are iodine deficient and started taking it for her own issues....and she said she can't believe the difference in how she feels! And now after listening to what u had to say, I just ordered some iodine to start my husband and myself on! Thank u so much!

You are supposed to “huff” on the stamp after you color with markers so you can get the ink damp again. Huff means to breathe on the stamp. Kind of like the way your daughter sighs heavily at you when you ask her to do something for you.

I tried to take iodine and I had such a terrible taste in my mouth all the time. I quit taking it. Is the normal? Does that end?
