About last story. While there are some people who are alone because of some trauma or their fears, for some people it really is more comfortable to be alone and they can have more fun this way. You shouldn't force your way of thinking on others blindly. First of all, consider whether the person in question needs your interference.

If anything, it was more disturbing for him to just be "All-knowing" about her personality like he was.
That's true. Through the years I've learned how to interact with people. Still I feel like wearing mask when I'm with others. I really enjoy being alone. I don't have to try and pretend anymore. I can really be myself then.

Last story: Damn, I love this story. I understand why people have a stigma of "whats an introvert and whats an extrovert" but it all boils down to what do we enjoy and how self confident are you. Theres plenty people that you'd identify as "extroverts" if they didn't have 0 self confidence and the other way around.
When I was young I thought of myself as very introverted, because thats what people told me. Turns out I only lacked self confidence and after having fun with different groups of people (that I got invited to through my very few friends back then) I love talking to people and spending time with them. Theres times when I enjoy being by myself, watching youtube/gaming but since I found out how fun life is when you spend it with people around you I don't mind either. Do what you enjoy in life but don't let people tell you what kind of person you are.
Btw I don't deny that certain people are more introverted/extroverted, by definition, but it puts a stigma on you that will hinder you from just living your life the way you want to.

In Story 2:
The ex boss ended up getting demoted and the idiot co worker got fired.
Idiot co worker: He ended up getting sued by the employees for his power abuse and emotional distress. He tried looking for jobs but got rejected to all of them and now is working part time to pay the debts. He bumped into the MC and started confronting him and speaking in a condescending way but the MC and his new wife both berated him and insulted and reminded him of who got fired and is in debt. He tried to put the blame on them for ruining his life and started getting violent so the MC punched the idiot as hard as he can and stepped on his head. He started curb stomping his head until he begged for mercy. He ran away after that and is now living a life of hell. He tried to play the elite card in his part time jobs but the co workers there just punch him in the face or laugh at him. He has been more of a punching bag at work and is a scapegoat. His GF dumped him brutally and slapped him in the face calling him useless.
ex boss: His wife and kids left him and the daughter also called him useless and the wife introduced him to her new man and even told him that he owes her alimony and cheating compensation thus screwing the guy and putting him into debt and he is working in the same place as the idiot. He quit is old job as he could not take the bad rumors anymore. He and the idiot are now equals and the boss tried to play the same game there but he gets beaten up and berated as well.
Both are living a completely miserable lives.
