    Mine are coming up with BRANCH and NONE. Super werid and I can't change them any idea?

      @@ItsKeaton he means that when he is setting up the condition, instead of having 2 options (Yes&No) like you have in your video, he has an option that says "Yes" and an option that says "none" and he cant edit and continue the workflow with the second option (none)
      i have the same problem and i just cant figure it out what i do wrong...

    Grea valuable content! Is there a way to send a sms with a booking link then when it's booked start another workflow ? otherwise if it's they haven't booked start another workflow to remind to book ? Thanks alot, keep up my man!

    I was trying to add this but when I get to the "select a step" "Reply to". All I have in there is "Thank you for responding". Where do I set that up?

      You need an SMS or Email step above the Wait step that you're waiting for the reply for. Or you can set up a different workflow handling all replies to the current one. Join my community and we can help you there:

    Hey! Is there a full tutorial on how to setup GHL?
    From your end but also get everything done for your clients?
    If i work with dentist and i want 1 workflow for appointment booking, can i make that workflow default as i create their subaccount, or i must configure it manually each time?

      Yes you can create one after the appointment!

      If you use a snapshot it will automatically load!

    at 7:51m if you 'are saying "don't move further until contact replies" then how is it that you're able to create another item under that that says "did they reply or not?" because it shouldn't even be looking at that new item since it's lower on the chain and they didn't reply yet right?

      if they didn't reply to the second message within 5 hours it triggers the if/else condition
