I have eaten Mexican chips served with the sauce and cheese dip while waiting for your main dish to arrive at the table and I learned the hard way that I could not take the sauce and it reminded me of the Thai beef and pork I ate while in Thailand many years ago. I just finished eating a plate of Rice-A-Roni and love it and it has beef in it and I love eating it all the time. I normally eat it with chicken, but didn't have the chicken flavor in my pantry. Stephanie, I looked at a video of you making a dish before I started watching your work and you was larger, but you now have lost plenty of weight and look so much healthier too. Cloud must have told you that also and you are a living doll.

HOLY HELL!!! I decided to add only a 1/4 of the amount of chilis, and have become a fire breathing dragon.... HOT!!! I had to add 1/2 a pineapple to cut the heat, but it's now delicious!!! On top of eggs, dip for fries, dip for grilled cheese, on top of burgers... THANK YOU!!!
