The equity shareholders/ Debenture holders, Secured & Unsecured creditors are scheduled to meet on 1st & 2nd June regarding this. The ratio of 10:632 still holds good. The record date is not set yet. Thanks for watching.
There are no restrictions imposed by the BSE/NSE on when you can sell your bonus shares once they are credited to your Demat account. You can trade them freely just like any other shares. However, the crediting process can take some time after the record date of 25 May, so ensure they are available in your account before attempting to sell. Thanks

Inox wind energy is the parent firm for Inox wind which is presently being merged with Inox wind. In future, the parent company will cease to exist. Inox green is O&M - Operations and Maintenance arm of Inox Wind. Inox Wind holds 55 percent stake in its subsidiary Inox Green. Inox Green is a separate entity to help take up O&M for those wind turbines which may not have been supplied by its parent company. Hope this is clear.
These days wind power is being developed along with solar. While solar is generating power during the day or during summer, wind power is prominent during night and during rainy season. So, when wind output is less, solar should supply power to the grid and when sunlight is missing, wind power will take prominence. Battery backup and in future, green hydrogen, should help store the power for future use when volume is less. Hope this answers your query.

Execution is a challenge in the wind sector. Easiest task is to manufacture and ship wind turbines. Acquiring land, ROWs, approvals, building required infrastructure is what takes time. That's the reason why INOX Wind guidance for this fiscal year is 800 MW even though they have the manufacturing capacity of 2.5 GW. Hopefully they will be meet their targets. Thanks
