Ryan, this video shows how to lay "Stone Coping" on steps. It would help promote the video if you added that to the title. Thanks, and keep making these great videos.

Beautiful work! I hope do such a thing on poured cement steps that have tilted backwards after settling for about 60 years. Thus, I will need to pitch the underlying cement for the steps to drain properly. Is there such a cement I could use that will have a buildup greater than 1/4 inch as it approaches the riser? Thanks! Sean

great stuff. I really admire how you kept solving problems sometimes adding more work than you expected to make the job look better and better as you went. It turned out beautiful.
My one recommendation is that it would be useful if you put links in for the products that you used and maybe in the videos you could quickly mention why you chose that product over another. I am in the US, I am not sure where you are, but I watched your video because I have to so a similar job but do not think I have seen those products in the stores. I might not be able to find the products that you mention but if you had links and a description I could find a similar product. The three of most interest are the mortar, the cement weld, and the grout. You showed the products in the video but links and a short explanation would be a great additional feature.
    Either way thanks for posting.

Nice work! I usually cut a kerf under each tread as a drip edge. These drip edges keep most of the water away from the risers.

I need my steps done correctly. I have paid to have them resurfaced 3x and each time it only lasted 2 to 3 years. This will be my 4th time having the steps repaired. What materials are you using and can you list them. I am getting to the point of having wooden steps buildt over the concrete, and that might be a bad move.
