I wonder if the apple vision pro's controls will become the standard. I can't wait to see the controls in the samsung headset. People said they might go for a ring controller.
Samsung was caught off guard, so I think they will have to go with ringed controllers. Google will probably do emergency pivots to do something like Apple, but I imagine it won't be as polished as launch.
@@saulghim2661 only a couple more days to wait! I hope they show off a lot in the IO presentation on the 14th! I really want that spatial computing look with multiple applications and hopefully a really clean way to connect to a windows PC!
It would be nice to see what Samsung has, but I don't think we will see it at Google IO. They'll definitely stick to just Android XR and its features with maybe a few more hardware partners beyond just Samsung. The headset won't be ready until the end of this year, after all.
