Hi Saurabh, Long time. SO TBT and TTI cannot be targeted by one specific action. However the good news is it is not very hard to imrove those.
So here are the things needs to be taken care on the website to improve TBT and TTI.
1) Decerase the third party scripts on the site. For example google analytics, facebook ads, google ads script are thitd party script. Check your site and take action.
2) Load third party scripts only on pages they are required.
3) Reduce JS execution time. Again similar to third party scripts. Keep only required js on the site and load only where they needed. For example a social share script or contact form script are not required on home page, they you should remove them from home page and other pages where it is not required. Asset cleaner plugin is good at it.
4) Same rule apply to css also, don't load tll the css where not required.
5) Keep the page size low and less requests on the site. For example if a simple task can be done via adding simple line of code , then don't install another plugin for that.
6) Optimize the images on site.
Rest your website is superfast, you do not need to worry about speed anymore.
If you want you can upgraed to better server, may be a litespeed server as Litespeed wordpress is 12 faster then non litespeed server.

I have set them to load only when the user shows some interaction. so I guess some improvement is there but still I think it's hard to get into that 90+ score range with all these ad networks. :)
@@ReadersVenue happy that you found out the bad guys. So if they are tracking the users activity then also they are bringing load to the website. Even they can bring even more load by continous tracking. 90+ is hard with so many third party scripts but not impossible. what is your server configuration?

Contact your host and they will solve it for you.. As you don't have that permission.

What hosting do you use? May be it is because of your hosting doesn't provide permission to write the folders.
