- 🇵🇭 Saw this lolo walking very slow and dragging his bicycle on the highway so I decided to check him out if he is having some troubles. I found out that he is on his way to work and his bike broke, he also said he is not that good in driving it maybe that's why he opted to walk instead. 🙌

Sana mapadaan ka banda sa San Joaquin Pasig, meron don matandang lalaki around 70-75yo. Lagi syang may dala dalang maraming sapatos na nilalako nya.
I tried to help him once nung pauwi ako nag half day kasi ako, then nakita ko sya nabitawan nya yung dala dala nyang mga sapatos so nagkalat siya sa daan. Nasa tirik ng araw yon kasi around 12pm yon lunch time, I helped him pick up his things then offered him to eat lunch with me sa karinderya. He declined and said na tubig lang okay na daw sya so I gave him biscuits and water then I offered na ako na magbuhat ng gamit nya pauwi kasi sobrang init ng araw he still declined kaso awang awa at nag aalala talaga ko sakanya so isinakay ko nalang siya sa tricycle at binilin ko sa driver, and guess what while Im helping him may mga tao plang naka kita then inabutan nila si tatay ng pera bilang tulong. Nakaka taba lang ng puso na ang simpleng act of kindness will also touch other peoples heart to help, i hope he's doing well and safe lalo na ngayong pandemic season.

In my province you would always still see elderly working so hard especially in the rice fields whether it's raining or under the scorching sun. This heart wrenching scene for me is somehow an inspiration. When the old still works, who am I to complain how hard life is when I'm still in my youthful years? 💔🤧
