Love love your Flower Knows reviews. I could get lost in their collections. Do you think any of the shadow pallet lines are more pigmented than others? The mermaid line maybe appears maybe slightly more sheer to me?

For the blush, we just use it to make the face look more plumped and even, like apply it under eye area to make the face more plumped and perfected, or put it under the cheek bone area to make the bone less prominent because we are trying to create the goose egg shaped face. You can also use it to diminish wrinkle shadows
I wish they had the option to just buy the little dresser. I really love the details and it would go so well with my room theme. I love anything that just looks dreamy to me.

Edit; Thank you for the lovely well rounded and informative review! Your hardwork definitely isn't going to waste ❤ Flower Knows definitely got their theme-ing down to a T. I hope in the future, they start to expand their colour ranges a lot more. I personally don't mind if they choose to remain in the pastel tones for their eyeshadows bc it seems on brand for them but I do hope they venture more into saturated mid-tones. It doesn't necessarily have to be super bright pigmented colours but think more along the lines of mid toned warm rose and those colours. If they ever do like a femme fatale kind of collection - mid tones would definitely shine. As a person who is light medium - I really fo wanna try their blushes but they just seem a little too ashy in tone for me. So that's something I hope they will experiment with in the future! I've been waiting for this video since you teased the products!!
Reminds me of florasis. They should expand their foundations a bit at least. They have been targeting the west now for a minute. That’s why I’ll wait to purchase from this brand and Florasis. It just might now work for me and I’m medium tone. Shame because they can get the olive undertones right. Meanwhile I’ll look at all the pretty.

In some videos it's a little harder to catch, so I'm grateful for the close ups under good lighting because you can really see the attention to detail that Flower Knows has. The dominant colours on the packaging actually match the colour story in the palette you are picking up. Thanks for the in-depth review, I know exactly what I'm going to buy now! 🤩 One thing about what you said at 20:36 about Flower Knows sticking to neutrals and not going vivid colours is not actually true though. In some of their more popular recent collections, the neutral colours have been pretty popular, but I think it just seems like they have a lot of neutrals shades altogether cos they have one or two PER PALETTE and each one is small. Actually many years ago, Flower Knows was popular for the quality of their bigger eyeshadow palettes (I believe they were twenty pan palettes) and their unique cat paw brushes (they were the originals, but a lot of brands ended up creating their own knockoffs of cos they were so popular 😅). In the bigger eyeshadow palettes, there were a lot of "unconventional" and non-neutral colours for Asian palettes. I think they were very popular amongst their fellow cosplayers and content creators, but it seems since their LOVE BEAR collab they've been doing more neutral stuff that "regular" makeup wearers can buy.

Such an ethereal but elegant look 💕 I am sorry you have had so much pressure lately. I know you weren't complaining, but even if you were, it's ok to vent sometimes. I too like being busy, especially when it's something I love to do, and I accept that we can't love everything we do. In a lot of ways I feel better when I can be busy, but when it gets to the point of overwhelming it can start to wear on me. It sounds like your recent extra high demand responsibilities may be calming down a bit now that your brother is back. Maybe that means you will not need to sustain that level of effort and you are getting back to normal. You deserve to enjoy your birthday.

as far as blue blush goes, i've seen it working for people who just put it close to the nose area to about the halfway point of your eye or less (i'm not sure how high or low they go with the blush, i forgot lol) and then using a pink blush for the rest i've never used it myself (i likely will when i get the chance to buy because i usually just buy a bunch at once) but that's what i've seen at least two people do so i'm assuming maybe that may be a way it can work if you don't like it on it's own

So pretty ! I just bought my first FlowerKnows palette yesterday and I'm tempted to buy more, blue is my favorite color and these cold tones... Living for them. I think the blue eyeshadow looks pretty with the blue sweater ^u^ I like that sparkly blue color the best, but I don't always go for a bold blue eye look (My eyes are dark blue so tend to go for neutral color, or purple or green or peach) If I go for blue, I usually make it a light blue, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't wear that dark sparkly blue! The sparkly purple is beautiful too! And the ocean siren palette is also gorgeous with the mint green and pink, with the sparkles also they're a nice brand if they send all that other stuff, plus the makeup! It looks so pretty! The liquid eyeliners were a genius idea! the blushes and lip glosses look pretty too but the eyeshadows are the star of the show

I was waiting for this! 💙 your looks look so ethereal! I went kinda crazy and picked up 2 of the palettes this time (the pinky mint & the purple), 2 blushes (the coral and the peach...wish I could've picked up the cool blue and purple gradient ones but those would barely show on me lol), and one of the lip glosses in the blue bottle.
if you are cool tone and have dark/hyper pigmented lips like me (mine has more blue-purple tones), mermaid tears is the best to even out your lips! i get really insecure about my two tone lips but this this?? i can easily wear it on its own without having to wear concealer or lip liner! very glossy and tints very well. i suggest moisturizing your lips first before applying bc if you have dry cracked lips, it does show. also, if you do apply concealer and other lip products before applying mermaid tears, i suggest letting those products sit and dry down first! i quickly applied all the products and you can tell they separate and sit between the lip wrinkles and it aint pretty

So pretty ! I just bought my first FlowerKnows palette yesterday and I'm tempted to buy more, blue is my favorite color and these cold tones... Living for them. I think the blue eyeshadow looks pretty with the blue sweater ^u^ I like that sparkly blue color the best, but I don't always go for a bold blue eye look (My eyes are dark blue so tend to go for neutral color, or purple or green or peach) If I go for blue, I usually make it a light blue, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't wear that dark sparkly blue! The sparkly purple is beautiful too! And the ocean siren palette is also gorgeous with the mint green and pink, with the sparkles
also they're a nice brand if they send all that other stuff, plus the makeup! It looks so pretty! The liquid eyeliners were a genius idea! the blushes and lip glosses look pretty too but the eyeshadows are the star of the show

I was waiting for this! 💙 your looks look so ethereal! I went kinda crazy and picked up 2 of the palettes this time (the pinky mint & the purple), 2 blushes (the coral and the peach...wish I could've picked up the cool blue and purple gradient ones but those would barely show on me lol), and one of the lip glosses in the blue bottle.
I loved watching this video, everything is so pretty and you look like a moonlight mermaid in blue.
if you are cool tone and have dark/hyper pigmented lips like me (mine has more blue-purple tones), mermaid tears is the best to even out your lips! i get really insecure about my two tone lips but this this?? i can easily wear it on its own without having to wear concealer or lip liner!
very glossy and tints very well. i suggest moisturizing your lips first before applying bc if you have dry cracked lips, it does show. also, if you do apply concealer and other lip products before applying mermaid tears, i suggest letting those products sit and dry down first! i quickly applied all the products and you can tell they separate and sit between the lip wrinkles and it aint pretty
