Well it has been modified so that the bucket servo is attached to a 3dprinted bracket. And the boom is also attached to a 3dprinted bracket. Check shapeways.com and search steinhdan and he has a modified bracket for the bucket servo.
go to this site and the step by step is there to follow. that is what I used to build mine. www.rcsparks.com/forum/threads/bruder-delta-loader-rc-conversion-w-embedded-pc.36063/
I as well have some DIY videos on my channel that detail how to convert the Bruder toys to RC. Perhaps you'd enjoy seeing them? Those videos are buried way down the list near the beginning videos on my channel. ua-cam.com/channels/_jBXcfmjh1FYs7UsG7eixw.html?view_as=subscriber
The link for the drive gear in description. Is the gear is already printed or is that price just to buy the file so I can print it ? Would like to be able to buy them pre made for my conversion.
So I want to try this but where did you start, is this a good starter project on converting to rc. Didn’t want to spend too much just in case I mess up? Thank you! Love your vids! Big fan!
I would say this is probably a second conversion. Maybe start on the D5 dozer. It is easier to convert. This skid steer is a little more advanced. I am making an easier one but still will cost more than the Bruder D5 dozer
Yes you will take the fwd and turn servo wires and connect them to channel 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. Depends which stick you want to do the movements. Keep in mind if the tracks are not spinning the right direction you might have to reverse one of the channels or switch the pos and neg on one of the motors.
The build thread was removed a year or 2 ago. The motors are from Amazon. They are yellow and have 2 output shafts on each side. You would cut one side off. Yeeco motors.
Thanks for watching. I do think that you can convert them! just be confident and always be open to making mistakes. its a learning experience. But watching others make them does help! good luck!
Hey Ismaxxed out. for me it cost between $400 without a TX/RX. add another $100 for that. but its roughly the cost. It does not include my time to make it which is priceless ;)
In the process of editing the video. I till be still shots but with voice over to explain what was done. should have it out this weekend hopefully. make sure you hit the notifiation button so you know the video is up.
What rpm did you choose for the drive motors?
The model of motor only comes in one speed. It's around 200rpm.
@@RCConstructionHobby thanks, that will help!
Very Cool!
Great walkthrough my friend.😊🤜🤛
Thank you 👍
How is the servo mounted on the bucket 🤔🤩 looks great 🤗

@@RCConstructionHobby thanks for the info so where did you get the connect the servo to the main arm
Do mean where on the arm does the servo connect? Or how is the servo connect to tge arm?
@@RCConstructionHobby sorry bad wording. I mean the part from the servo to the main arm
So is the BEC part of the control board or is it a separate item
Yes the bec is separate. It is its own item.
@@RCConstructionHobby where can i get one from
I bought mine from Amazon. Search hobbywing 3a ubec. You can get 2 for $8.90

Could you build one for me I’ll buy pls
Hi can I get the step by step video for this please and thanks
@@RCConstructionHobby hey i clicked on the link and it says not found
The link for the drive gear in description. Is the gear is already printed or is that price just to buy the file so I can print it ? Would like to be able to buy them pre made for my conversion.
All the links are to buy the printed parts. You pick the material and shapeways prints it for you.
@@RCConstructionHobby thanks man just started on my delta loader today after finishing up the d5 build
so the link to the rc sparks does not work
It was taken down. It no longer 3xists. I will make a new video in the future about making this again.
@@RCConstructionHobby how can I get the 3D parts or the wheel
Search shapeways.com and type in bruder delta and all the parts you need are there to download for free. Or you can buy them and they print it.
@@RCConstructionHobby thanks

@@RCConstructionHobby thank you I’m sure I will have more questions lol! Is the huina 580 a beginner rc?
Yes I would say the huina 580 or the volvo ec160 from double ee is also a good one.
Hello, can you tell me how to connect the Sabertooth to the receiver?
Yes you will take the fwd and turn servo wires and connect them to channel 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. Depends which stick you want to do the movements. Hey dude planing to do one of these my self do you know were you brought the motors from (i may have missed it in the video)
Amazon sells the motors. Look for yeeco dual shaft motor

Thanks dude huge help ive got my radio gear and servos just need to order the rest also why do you need dual shaft motors instead of single
great video, thanks for posting this, i have a large collection of Bruders i want to convert,

😱😱😱😱😱😱😍
Well you build me one? How much??
Wish I had time to. I am making a new one and hopefully it will be an easy build compared to this one.
@@RCConstructionHobby That’s my main issue. I have no time and don’t want to spend $1600 lol
I wouldn't spend $1600 on a skid steer. I want to make these for under $500. But look for a future video on building the new skid steer.
