Hope you can you a side trip to Estancia or Carles! They're still part of Iloilo but I think they can be accessible and a bit nearer if comming from Roxas. The Northern part is one of Iloilo's best beaches.

Yes from Roxas you can go to Carles all the way back to Iloilo via the northern part. From Sara you can either go via Ajuy (coastal Areas ) or Lemery to SanRafael with a beautiful mountainous view. Have a safe trip Mike.

Yeah after roxas city try going to Northern Iloilo(Estancia,Sara,Barotac, etc.) on the way back to iloilo city. Check the google map

I did participate in Sinulog Festival in Cebu and it was really tough for it was all day dancing on the street. I have to do it because it was company work related activities. It was fun but very tiring , been on the Sun all day.. ugh

I wouldn’t borrow friend’s car and here is why. Let’s say someone hits you and then you or other person will have to repair it and its impossible in the Philippines to repair and bring car back to same condition as it was before, because it’s impossible to find skilled mechanic-body repair here.
It’s my personal view on this situation and yours might be different.
I had the same thoughts but Frank assured me this is his vehicle he lends to his kids and he has been through so much with it and put it back, 🤞no crashing it
That’s not true. They can repair your car to look like it’s new.
Don’t take it to a mom & pop’s shop, take it to a Nissan or toyota dealership in Iloilo, they have quality paint & body service dept. but cost premium.
Some dealerships though contract out the repair job outside. Just be mindful of that.
Yes out of pocket pay I would worry but if insurance gets involved it’s going to be done quality or at least it should.🤷🏽
